About Us

Building emergent tech products and providing modern AI education

As technology advances in the 21st century, there is a growing gap in the exposure of techs like AI, quantum computing, web3, and XR amongst the younger generation. We saw a high barrier to entry for building in these field yet these fields are what is really exciting right now.

HexaHacks aims to provide a platform for builders to build the future through open source contributions, in house projects while providing a diverse community that supports education in emerging technologies through the AI initative, hackathon events, workshops, and a community full of passionate people.

Who can participate?

Any high school student can participate! If you have graduated from high school, you can apply to be a mentor. If you are in middle school, you may be able to participate; please contact us at ask@hexahacks.com for more information.

Does this cost money?

No! HexaHacks is free for all participants—food, swag, and other costs are covered!

What should I bring?

Bring a valid student ID, a laptop, chargers, a reusable water bottle (we will not provide plastic bottles), and the signed waiver (preferrably signed online). Sleeping bags and toiletries are highly recommended.

What if I can't code?

No problem! Experience isn't required to attend. In addition, we will have workshops where you can learn!

How do I form a team?

You will be able to meet new people and form your team with a maximum of 4 people in a session at the beginning of the hackathon. We encourage you to socialize and step out of your comfort zone.
